Looks nice, but we didn't enjoy the hotel. Will not be staying here again.
The location was great. There is plenty to do in this part of Incheon - a nice big park, lots of shopping, restaurants and cute cafes. The shower in the room was nice - there were two rain showers and it's very spacious. There is also a bathtub right next to the room window overlooking the city. The sunrises from the room window we were in were breathtaking. The room design was pleasing to the eye. Front desk staff was nice.
Unfortunately there was a lot we disliked about this hotel :( First of all, the scent. There are VERY strong perfume scents in the lobby and elevators. Strong enough to give most people headaches. You can see the oil scent jars in the elevator above the door, and it's too small of a space to have something as strong as that. When you get to the top floor (where the event area and pool are supposed to be) it smells... like a sewer... I guess we came at a bad time because it was just a mess up there and there was no access to the pool. The first impression of our room was nice. Everything looked nice, the style, the layout of the room, etc. But as we settled in we realized that it wasn't that great. It was pretty dirty.. dust and some trash on the floor, burn marks on the tables, scratches on the furniture. Speaking of furniture, the bed was totally uncomfortable. The pillows on the bed were so small... I've never seen pillows that small. There was a layer of plastic or something under the sheets of the bed that crackle every time you move. The sofa chairs in the room looked comfortable, but when you sit on them its like you're sitting on rocks. The lighting in the room was awful. If you wear make up, bring your own mirror to do it in front of the window or something. The AC system was annoying because only certain buttons on the remote worked so controlling the temperature was not great. Lastly, the check-in time is 6pm, and if you want to check in early its extra payments per hour. Oh yeah there's also an automatic timer on the lights and it isn't very long. When you take a shower the lights will go off so if you're staying in the room by yourself be prepared to shower in the dark lol. (I don't take long showers)

It maybe 'Designer' - but not to my taste!
Great bath!
Hotel is too dark, even the lift is black. Entrance is in car park, but check-in is in 1st floor. Restaurant was closed even for breakfast. Room has an inexplicably long breakfast bar, but only two stools; space would be better used providing some easy chairs. Cooker, cups & saucers and kettle in room - but no cutlery whatsoever! Whenever the hotel receptionist gave us some information in turned out to be only half-correct which caused much wasted time and money.

Way overpriced for location and the fact staff can't speak any english which doesnt help foreigners
Staff do not speak any english. They charged us more even though they emailed prior saying no extra charge. The location was not convenient to anything and we had to pay $100 USD taxi ride to get to gingham and back to hotel. There was no breakfast because restaurant was under construction and they over charged. Anyways luckily we only stayed 2 nights and moved to The Grand Hotel in Myong Dong which is 10 times better.

our stay is wonderful I would like to thank Hotel the Designers and will might come back .
I Love the room it was cozy & my daughter enjoyed the bath tub. the place is very easy to locate and it is very near with my Friend's house. it is very clean and whenever I ask to make up the room it was really clean & new every time we went back from our day tours.
I like everything but I have a hard time with the temperature set up but it was my fault for not asking because I am sure they will accommodate me.
